主讲人：Xuhong Su（苏徐红） holds a PhD in Public Administration and Public Policy from the University of Georgia. Prior to her PhD training, she attended Georgia Institute of Technology and Wuhan University (China). Now she is an assistant professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of South Carolina,Columbia. Her research interest is on public human resource management and scientific workforce policy. Her publications appear in premier journals such as "public administration review", "american review of public administration", "research policy", and "journal of higher education", among others.
